15 Ways to Keep Youth Active Indoors if Space is Tight
Come ready to move and learn! Once children and youth leave school for the day, we want to provide opportunities to keep them moving with active physical activities. After spending a day sitting at a desk, work table, or a variety of screens, it is imperative and research shows that children and youth spend time in active activities as part of their after school program offerings. Come learn 15 ways to make that happen, especially utilizing the indoors and small space environment.
The session will be facilitated by IAN Trainer Tammy Notter, Teacher and Educational Consultant.
