The Illinois AfterSchool Network (IAN) is very excited to continue to support the AfterSchool Program Advisor project (formerly Quality Advisor program). AfterSchool Program Advisors are an example of our effort to increase the quality of service in out-of-school time. Advisors are committed to the improvement of quality of service provided to Illinois' children and youth, in addition to helping move program quality improvement forward.

Programs are assigned by geographical location to the advisor. This is an effort to encourage face-to-face meetings and visits with program contacts requesting service. Funds are available through the IAN to support purchasing items to meet program improvement objectives. Eligible programs are those that have been assigned an advisor through IAN.
