Our society is entering the season of celebrations. Learn snack options, movement activities, and strategies to support youth as they enter this season of celebration and sugar excess.

November 16th from 10am-12pm 

Objectives:

  • Attendees will be able to name three good snack options from each food group: fruits, vegetables, grains, protein foods, and dairy and fortified soy alternatives.
  • Participants will be able to demonstrate at minimum 2 of the activities that can be done indoors based on weather conditions.
  • Participants will be able to list the positive benefits of being outside in appropriate winter wind chill temperatures.

Trainer Biography: Tamara Notter is a consultant, trainer, and coach for all types of professionals working with children birth to 12 years of age. She has been working with professionals and children for 43 years.  Tammy has a Masters Degree in ECE Administration , a School Age & Youth Credential Level 5,  and Fitness & Yoga certifications.
