Kids Connected

Kids Connected is a high fidelity wraparound program for families experiencing homelessness and children ages 0-21 with high-risk intensive needs. The program serves to remove the barriers to primary, preventative, and mental health services and creates a system that puts the family at the center of their care by wrapping all the needed services and supports around them.

Open Positions:

  • Community Support Worker – part time
  • Therapists – part time

Position Descriptions and Requirements:

Each of these positions is therapy focused and works in conjunction with the agency’s treatment team.

Possessing a background in mental health is preferred but not a deciding factor. A bachelor’s degree in preferred, but not a deciding factor.

Compensation ranges form $15-$20 per and will work 10-15 hours per week. Community Support Workers with a master’s degree and prior experience may be compenstated $30-$50 per hour (if licenssed). Therapists will be required to provide therapy in the clients’ homes. Licensing is not required but would be an asset. Please direct all references and referrals to cachre@primocenter.org.
