Positive Youth Development: The Three “I’s” of Youth Work

During this interactive session, we will explore youth work through three words: Intentional, Interactions and Intensity. By the end of the workshop participant will:

  • Align program goals to the organization’s mission by implementing meaningful opportunities and supports (Intentional)
  • Articulate the three types of interactions between youth and youth worker and how to management them (Interactions)
  • Develop effective ways to engage youth in active learning (Intensity)

The training will be facilitated by IAN Trainer Annette Kelly, Founder/President FOUS Youth Development Services

Registration Information: You must pre-register for this training. . IAN training policy states that participants arriving after the 15 minute grace period will not receive a training certificate and may be asked to leave if seating is not available.
