Have new staff and want to go over the basics for afterschool program development? Looking for a virtual training to cover how to plan and implement a successful afterschool program for youth this fall? In this two hour virtual training session, we will go over terms commonly used in afterschool, resources for program structure and assessments, and how to create safe spaces for youth. Additionally, we will explore program planning with an emphasis on impact and alignment for program goals and deliverables. Wrapping up our time together with discussing differences between time management and discipline along with resources to further knowledge and understanding to grow your network.
